City 13 Sanitation and Guest Safety
DISINFECTING BETWEEN EACH AND EVERY GAME
We disinfect between each and every game. We have always disinfected rooms between games, but all staff are now trained on additional cleaning measures. We will be disinfecting common areas such as our lobby and bathroom between every cycle of games. Each area has its own designated sanitation signs clearly showing if it has been cleaned before each use.
GAME ADJUSTMENTS
We’ve made small adjustments to our game times to ensure adequate cleaning and sanitation between groups.
MISTING WITH DISINFECTANT
We are misting all of our spaces with medical-grade disinfectant. Environmental disinfecting ensures that every single surface is thouroughly sanitized.
ALL PRIVATE EXPERIENCES
All of our experiences are private. This means that the people you bring with you will be the only ones in the game room. Your Game Guide will start your group maintaining a 6 ft distance, and will then communicate with you through a screen in the room.
CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN
Our waivers are available online and in your confirmation email, so our guests will not need to touch screens or make contact with our team members during check-in. Hand sanitzer stattions are available to all customers and employees.
OUR TEAM
Our team will be distancing themselves from our guests by at least 6 feet at all times. All employees must pass a health screening before coming into the facility. Employees will wash or sanitize their hands upon entering the facility, and between interactions with customers.
